Nina offers continued sessions to allow you to ask questions and make sure you are getting the most out of your plan.

MICRODOSE COACHING
Many plant medicines work wonderfully when used regularly in smaller doses. This may sometimes be a bit of a process in order to figure out the dose works for you individually. This option allows support and helps walk you through the process.

EXPERIENCE FACILITATION
This option is for those that want to experience medicines on a deeper level. Nina is trained to help provide a deeper experience and deeper connection to certain medicines. These experiences are individualized and may provide exactly what the person is needing.

INDIVIDUAL & GROUP CEREMONIES
Nina uses and is trained in Sacred Plant Medicines. All of these Earth Medicines have a sacred cultural and spiritual significance that should be honored. Nina offers individual and group ceremonies to use these medicines in a way that honor their sacred origin. The benefit to a ceremony is a deep connection to medicine but also a deeper experience for you. Earth Medicines are very spiritual and help aid in spiritual growth and divine connection to self.
